Located on the beach in southeast Malibu, close to Carbon Beach. This 2000 square foot designer residence is one of a kind. The house has Hand Scraped Maple Floors in the living room, dining room, stairs and guest rooms. The Huge Master Bedroom Suite is 600 Sq Feet. It features his and her's closetworld closets with Maple all over. The Master Bath has a 2 person Jacuzzi, a Solid Glass Shower, 2 sinks, 2 4x4 skylights(one operable) and is covered in 3 slabs of solid Ivory Walnut Granite, Imported from Italy. The floor is Travertine Marble, also imported from Italy and the cabinets are Maple. There is even a Hi Def Flat Screen in the bathroom.
The Master Bedroom features a solid wood suite of furniture from Thomasville. King size Sleigh bed, 2 night stands, solid teak lamps, a chest and a dresser w/mirror. The mattress set is Tempurpedic NASA Memory Foam, for one of the most restful nights sleep you have ever had. The room itself is huge, 600 Sq. Feet. It has a 42" Hi Def Flat screen and "Designer" series Pella Sea Doors and windows, with blackout shades in between the glass, for watching movies or just sleeping late. It also features a private oceanfront deckundrneath the house, great for relaxing while you gaze at the breaking waves, watch the dolphins swim by, or view an incredible sunset with the famous Serpentine Shadow of Point Dume luming in the foreground. Look to the East and see the entire Queens neckless City lights view including the Palisades, the Marina, the South Bay, Palos Verdes and Catilina. This view is unmatched anywhere in the world!
