You can incorporate day trips to Disneyland and the Beaches of Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu. Use the Golf course and tennis courts of Griffith Park. Go to the summer concerts at the Hollywood Bowl or Greek Theater. Ride Horses through Griffith park from the Sunset Ranch, Hollywood Stables.

Live in and around the homes of the Stars and houses used for many Commercial, Television and Film shoots. This house has been used for internation reality television shows and Films.

Large screen HD television in family room with Dish satellite and Mini mac connection and DVD. Full size billiard table and impressive wet bar in large sitting room with views over Los Feliz and Griffith Park. And room to room CD stereo system operated from the bar area. Marbled floors throughout the sitting room and Bar, Dining Room, Family Room and Kitchen. Every room has a view.

All Bedrooms upstairs are furnished with wonderful linens, wooden floors and sensational views. Marbled Floors and walls in all the bathrooms. The King Master bedroom suite has a large Jacuzzi bath and multi jet power shower and large screen HD television and DVD. The Second King suite has a ‘fire-on-ice' fireplace. We have four bedrooms with two king and two queen beds. This is sufficient for 8 people. We also have extremely comfortable sofasleepers in three of the bedrooms and in the bedroom/ office area downstairs.
This house has around 2500 square feet of outside Decks around the house (5500 sq. feet) that boasts a pool with waterfall, Hot tub and fabulous views. A large BBQ area and Fire-on-ice fire pit. EcoWater purifying water system throughout house and an Arrowhead water cooler. Washer and Dryer. Dishwasher. Trash compactor. Air-conditioning. . Koi pond with waterfall. Parking for two to three cars, any more cars must park on the street below. Pets incur extra cost per day per pet, plus extra security deposit.

We can provide ON HAND CARETAKER and/or maid service as required at cost. Wireless DSL connection throughout.
