Downstairs is the Living area with a grand piano and sitting area with tv and fireplace. There is a Large dining room with beautiful chandelier, sitting room and porch with large table for dining outdoors with Ocean View from all rooms.
There is also a porch in the back of the house with dining and a pond with Koi fish and large garden. There is a very large modern Kitchen fully stocked with all of the modern conveniences and a laundry room.
Upstairs there is a sitting room with big screen TV and treadmill for working out.

The grounds in front of the home include a pond, large pool and spa and bar area and Spectacular Ocean views.

There are two gravel lots available for parking of more than 20 vehicles

The mansion has a security gate with a long stone driveway.

For Additional Security there is a small guesthouse on the grounds occupied by the Elderly Caretaker and his Wife .
